Mastering The Mirror
A 30-day guided digital course in radical reflection & emotional reintegration
Coming Soon Mid July 2025
This course emerged from a decade-long personal journey that began in 2012, rooted in self-reflection, pattern unraveling and the deep reclamation of one's own truth.
It became one of Harmonia's most requested offerings (only live twice per year) beginning back in 2022. It is now being transformed into a digital course for the first time—allowing more souls to begin or revisit this powerful work at their own pace. This course is continuing to be evolving with added content!

The Time To Face Yourself is Now!
I See You. Now It's Your Turn!
Since 2012, I’ve been on a journey of self-discovery and deep shadow work—searching not just for answers, but for the root of why I felt so deeply unhappy. What began as a desperate attempt to escape stagnation led me to something far more profound: the realization that true healing isn’t about changing your circumstances. It’s about changing the way you see yourself.
Through what would become a personal evolution in mirror work and radical self-reflection, I realized I wasn’t just lost; I had become my own harshest critic.
Behind the scenes, I was a photographer, videographer, marketer, and writer. People saw me as someone who had it all. From the outside, I looked successful. Inside, I felt hollow. A kind of emptiness that felt like death.
Beneath the surface, everything was unraveling: a crumbling marriage, low self-esteem, autoimmune illness, depression, debt, weight gain, and a loneliness that no amount of work or accomplishments could fix.
I turned to traditional mirror work for healing, but found that standing in front of a mirror and reciting affirmations wasn’t enough. As a photographer, I instinctively craved something more dynamic, more intimate—something real. So I turned the camera inward.
Using vlogging, photography, and deep journaling, I created an evolving dialogue with my own soul. Not to edit or erase, but to witness. To see myself not with judgment, but with compassion.
It wasn’t about fixing the past. It was about reclaiming the parts of me I’d been taught to hide. That’s when I discovered something I didn’t even realize I’d lost: my power. The life I longed for wasn’t somewhere out there. It was already within me, waiting to be seen.
Mastering the Mirror was born from this lived experience, and continues to evolve as I do.
It carries the sacred practices that helped me rise not as a perfect person, but as a whole one. I don’t teach this work from a pedestal. I teach it from lived truth, humility, and heart.
I see you. I know what it feels like to lose your reflection. And I know what it feels like to find it again.
Now, it’s your turn.
